Multi-layer composite design

The product is composed of 2-4 layers of non-woven fabrics or fiber materials with different properties, including:

Surface layer: fine fibers are used to ensure that it is not easy to fall off when wiping, which can be used to clean precision instruments or electronic components.

Middle layer: highly absorbent materials (such as wood pulp composite layers) quickly absorb liquids and lock stains.

Bottom layer (optional): add wear-resistant coatings or mesh reinforcement layers to improve tear resistance.

Process technology

The interlayer bonding is achieved through hot pressing or ultrasonic bonding technology, avoiding the use of chemical adhesives such as glue, ensuring the environmental protection of the product and no risk of chemical residues.
